Payment Terms

​

CK Creative Services will charge a non-refundable deposit of between 20-50% in advance, depending on the job. The remaining balance will be due within 24 hours of completion of the job. This includes Magician engagements.

​

Payment can be made by BACS bank transfer. CK Creative Services is not registered for VAT.

​

Any late payments over 30 days late will be subject to interest charges set out in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

This is currently 8% + Bank of England base rate.

Order Confirmation

It’s extremely important to me to provide excellent customer service. I will make every effort to understand your requirements and complete your order to your satisfaction.

 

After our initial discussions, I will provide a quote and possibly production drawings. Please check these carefully in their entirety. Contact me immediately by email or phone if you require any corrections or amendments.

 

If you request changes after the project has started, it could incur extra costs and might affect the production time and therefore the timeframe of project completion.

CK Creative Services will not share any information with third parties in relation to marketing. Contact information will never be shared without consent.

 

CK Creative Services may from time to time use photographs of completed projects in their marketing on social media and online. However, we will always first seek permission from whomever commissioned the project.
